Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium said that the Chicago Bulls are signing Malcolm Hill to a two-way contract.

Hill played 18 minutes in the team's loss to the Celtics, finishing with five points, one rebound and one assist.

He played in three games for the Hawks earlier in the year, scoring 17 points and grabbing six boards.

The Chicago opened up a spot on its roster for Hill by waiving Dotson.

The Bulls will be short-handed when they travel to Memphis on Monday.

Javonte Green and Caruso are not in the lineup.

In his Bulls debut, Hill had a good chance.

Hill will provide much-needed depth on the perimeter until Green and Caruso are back.
