Stephen Curry will not play in the Golden State Warriors game against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday due to hand issues.
He fell on it during the game.
The team's championship hopes will be raised by any injury to the 33-year-old. He played just five games for the Warriors in the last year of his career, but they were still a title contender when he was on the floor.
Curry has a resume that includes three championship rings, two Most Valuable Player awards, seven All-NBA selections, and seven All-Star nods.
He is shooting 42.1 percent from the field and 38.6 percent from deep this season, and he is scoring 26.3 points, 6.0 assists, 5.4 rebound and 1.4 steals per game.
While the Warriors don't have anyone else who can duplicate Curry's impact when he is out, look for Jordan to assume a bigger role against Minnesota.
