The Pittsburgh Steelers are getting better as they prepare for the playoffs.

JuJu Smith-Schuster, who has not played since October, said that God answered his prayers and that he has recovered from his season-ending shoulder injury earlier than expected. I can't believe I get another chance to play in a playoff game for this team and help us out.

Smith-Schuster was activated from injured reserve and should play on Sunday.

Smith-Schuster was not expected to return this season because of a shoulder injury.

The fact that Pittsburgh snuck into the playoffs thanks to its own victory over the Baltimore Ravens gave him more time to recover.

Running back Najee Harris is no longer questionable despite concerns about his elbow and will play, as the team announced that he will be on the field.

Smith-Schuster played in five games this season and had 15 catches for 129 yards.

It was a far cry from the year before, when he caught over 100 passes for over 1,300 yards and seven scores, and appeared to be on his way to becoming one of the best receivers in the league.

He did have a career-best nine touchdown in 2020, but he has been unable to duplicate that production since.

Ben Roethlisberger will throw to Diontae Johnson, Chase Claypool, Smith-Schuster, and even Harris if it's not easy to win in Kansas City.

The visitors will need all those weapons to play well.
