Manchester United boss Ralf Rangnick wants players to hold each other to account

The last update was on January 14, 2022.

The manager of Manchester United is Ralf Rangnick.

The players of Manchester United need to hold each other to account.

It needs to be better for United to be successful this season, as suggested byRonaldo, who expressed concern about the attitude of some of his team-mates.

The Red Devil are currently seventh in the league after a draw and a defeat.

"We have to work and develop as a team," said Rangnick.

It's important to speak in a direct manner to the boys, even in the locker room.

"If any of the other players address that to the players directly on the pitch or in the locker room, they are more than welcome to do that."

I will do that myself as a coach with my staff in the pre- or post- match video we do with the team and on the pitch.

Individual players can only be developed if the team performs well. This is the only way.

Marcus Rashford was used as an example of how the players are working hard to be able to do their best on the pitch even if it isn't coming off for them at the moment.

The forward has struggled for form this season and was unable to make an impact in Manchester United's FA Cup third round win over Villa.

As a player, I was not a prolific scorer, but as a forward, it's all about playing well, scoring goals and getting assists. It is not easy if that doesn't happen over a period of time.

"As long as he's trying to give his very best and he did that in training, there were quite a few training sessions in the last couple of weeks where he trained on a really high level, and that's why I always gave him the chance to play again."

He will always be on my list to play and be in the starting XI if he does that.
