Giuffre's legal team filed a motion Friday with the US District Judge Lewis Kaplan requesting help in securing testimony from a woman who claims to have seen Prince Andrew dancing with a young girl.
Giuffre claims that Andrew sexually abused her at the home of Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted of sex trafficking last month.
Giuffre's attorneys are seeking testimony from a member of the royal household who helps members of the royal family.
According to the filing, Olney has information about Andrew and his relationship with Epstein, and that his name appears in the book.
