Athletic Bilbao came back from a goal down to beat La Liga champion Atleti Madrid and set up a Spanish Super Cup final against Real Madrid.
Joao Felix's shot was blocked by Unai Simon but rebounded into the goal for the Basque side.
The scores were level at 77th minute.
The winner was hit nine minutes from time.
Real Madrid will play for the title in Riyadh on Sunday after they beat Barcelona on Wednesday.
The winners and runners-up of the previous season's La Liga are included in the tournament in Saudi Arabia.
Williams beat Koke to the ball to head the winner.
