Four years ago, the Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl, and now Tom Brady and Doug Pederson are not with the team.

Eagles fans are still wondering why Brady didn't shake the hand of Foles after the Super Bowl.

The postgame snub came up Thursday as Brady and the Bucs prepare to host the Eagles on Sunday in the wild-card round. Brady has not played the Eagles since Super Bowl LII, but he has played them twice this season, including a 28-22 victory in Philadelphia in Week 6.

One reporter asked if he was aware of the Eagles fans fixation with him not shaking the quarterback's hand.

"No." I'm not. Brady said he was not. I've shook Nick's hand many times. I have a lot of respect for Nick.

Brady acknowledged the perception of his competitiveness.

He said he tries to be a good sport. I try to be a good sport, even though sometimes I get a little pissed out there.

Brady didn't shake the hand of the Chicago Bears after they beat the Bucs 20-19 on national television. Brady forgot it was fourth down in the first loss of his career.

The Eagles team features arguably one of the best defensive fronts in the NFL and Brady had high praise for it.

Brady said they make you earn everything. You're going to punt if you make a mistake. They're going to intercept the ball after it gets hit in the air. They're going to strip-sack the ball if you hold on to it too long. The team doesn't let you off the hook.

Eagles fans might never let Brady off the hook, but coach Nick Sirianni had high praise for the seven-time Super Bowl winner.

You can see his greatness. "He's the best to ever lace 'em up," he said. He sees a defense, he stays calm, and he knows where to go with the football. He's the best at it.
