A place that is familiar but slightly exotic. Jersey is a small island with a big personality, where country lanes open to cliff top views and the sea is never more than 10 minutes away. It is not a place that can be defined by one experience. It is not a city break, a country break, or a beach break. Jersey has a lot of these things. The Brit side of the Channel is not well known.

A tot of Rum.
Measure Angostura Rum.
Top up with some soda.
There is a squeeze of fresh lime.
There is a twist of fresh ginger.
Stir with plenty of lime to serve.
