According to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated, the Miami Dolphins have requested an interview with Buffalo Bills defensive coordinators.

Brian Flores was let go from his position as Miami's head coach after three seasons.

The Bills have had a defensive coach since the beginning of the year.

The Chicago Bears had a player named Frazier who was a defensive back from 1981-1985. He was the leader of the 1985 Bears, who went 18-1 and won the Super Bowl. He suffered a serious knee injury while returning a punt during the Super Bowl.

After three years, he became the head coach at Trinity International University. He joined the University of Illinois staff as a defensive backs coach.

The Philadelphia Eagles' defensive backs coach, Frazier joined the NFL in 1999. He was the Minnesota Vikings' defensive coach in 2007.

He became the team's interim head coach in 2010 after Brad Childress was fired after 10 games.

In the final six games, the team went 3-3, and the interim tag was removed.

The Vikings rebounded from a 3-13 record in 2012 to go 10-6 in 2011. The coach of the year was named by the NFL.

The Vikings parted ways with their coach after the season after they went 5-10-1.

After being out of a job for a while, he joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and became their defensive coach through 2015. The Baltimore Ravens' secondary coach was able to spend more time with his family.

The Bills have made the playoffs in four of the last five seasons after falling short of a playoff spot in 2000. The defense has been dominant at times. Buffalo gave up the second-fewest points in football in 2019.

The resurgence that was played a key role in that, which is why his name is being floated around as a head-coaching candidate this year's cycle. The Bills have a Wild Card game on Saturday against the New England Pats. The time is later.
