Ian Begley of SNY said that the New York Knicks have a "degree of interest" in trading for Reddish.
Sources familiar with the Reddish dynamic in Atlanta say that the Knicks are interested in him. Various reports say that the Hawks will makedish available via trade.
Reddish has averaged 11.9 points on 40.2 percent shooting (37.9% from three-point range) and 2.5 rebound per game in his NBA career.
New York and Atlanta, which met in the first round of the playoffs, could both see some changes.
The 20-21 Knicks finished fourth in the Eastern Conference last year and are currently tied for 10th, while the 17-22 Hawks are 12th.
The NBA trade deadline is Thursday, February 10. The time is later.
Reddish's development has been hampered by injuries in his three-year career.
Reddish played 34 of 39 games in the next two decades. He missed four contests with wrist and ankle injuries.
Reddish has one more year on his deal before he can become a restricted free agent.
Brian Windhorst said on the Brian Windhorst & The Hoop Collective show that he is undecided about his future with the Hawks.
"I think there is a belief that they are not committed to giving Cam Reddish the type of contract he is looking for," Windhorst said.
He could be on the move.
Reddish is coming off the bench for the Hawks as the team rolls with Kevin Huerter and Bogdan Bogdanovich as the starting wings. It'd be similar on the Knicks, with Evan Fournier and the rest of the team holding down those spots.
It's worth taking a chance on a 22-year-old wing who has made significant strides from 2020-21, when he shot just 36.5 percent from the field, for the Knicks or any other team looking to add to their rotation for the stretch run.
