[Final Chance] 80,000 Points For Citi Premier Card, One Of The Best Deals Out There

The card is called the Citi Premier® Card.

The card is underappreciated for its cost, earning power, and bonus. Citi points can be used in a variety of airline programs, including ones that don't partner with Chase or Amex. The card has a huge initial bonus offer. It will be over in a few days.

The initial bonus was great.

You can get a 80,000 point sign up bonus if you spend $4000 on the card within the first 3 months of account opening.

Over the years, I have seen either a 30,000 point bonus or no sign up bonus. This bonus is great for a card with points.

Transferable points are earned fast.

3 Points per $1 spent at restaurants and supermarkets, 3 points per $1 spent at gas stations, and 1 point per $1 spent on all other purchases are earned by the card.

Points Transfer Partners are unique.

Not all ThankYou points transfer to airline miles, for instance points from checking accounts and no annual fee are not.

Points from the Citi premier card can be used to redeem gift cards or for airfare on any airline.

This card has Citibank ThankYou points.

The Star Alliance includes Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, EVA Air, Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus, Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles, and Avianca LifeMiles.
Air France-KLM is a SkyTeam.
Oneworld: Qantas Frequent Flyer, Malaysia Airlines Enrich, and Cathay Pacific AsiaMiles.
InterMiles, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, jetBlue, and Emirates Skywards are non-alliances.
Choice Privileges are offered in hotels.

Chase and American Express are my favorite transfer partners.

Premium cabin award space is better for Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer than it is for partners.
American Airlines awards at cheap prices, and the guest for the premium cabin is from Etihad.
Air France has the best business class in the world, and it is offered to partners.
Premium cabin awards on Cathay Pacific have AsiaMiles for distance.
The Virgin Atlantic Flying Club has flights to and from Japan and Europe.

Turkish Airlines has some of the least expensive awards and is a partner with United. There are great value awards for the business class. The Star Alliance program is not appreciated.

First Class.

Air France, Virgin, Singapore, and other airlines are duplicated by Chase and American Express. There are niche reasons to transfer to other partners.

The benefit of this duplication is more than the downside to the card. You can redeem points from both cards into the same place if you sign up for a Citi or Chase card.

The business class of EVA Air.

There are some things to consider when applying for a Citi card.

Citibank doesn't have a hard limit on the number of cards you can have though of course how much credit they'll make available for each person will vary

You can apply for more than one card in 65 days, but you can only apply for one card at a time.

If you have closed an account in a family that has given you a bonus in the past, Citi will not give you a bonus on a new card. You won't be eligible for the bonus if you've gotten a bonus in the past 24 months. You won't be eligible for a bonus if you get this bonus now.

The card is called the Citi Premier® Card.

The first 3 months of account opening are when the biggest initial bonus for the Citi Premier Card is offered. I finally applied because of that. I was approved very quickly.

The biggest initial bonus in Citibank's history will be earned after $4,000 in purchases within the first 3 months of account opening. 3x is earned at restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, and hotels. Points can be transferred to other frequent flyer programs. This offer is over.

Choice Privileges is a points transfer partner for Citibank. Transferring at 1:2 isn't unreasonable since I value Choice points at around $0.006 apiece. It's better than moving points to hotels with most bank currencies.
