The increase in passenger jets delivered by Airbus is an indication that airlines are still cautious about adding new planes during the Pandemic that has reduced travel worldwide.
The majority of last year's deliveries were for the A320 family of planes. The delivery of wide-body, two-aisle planes continued to lag, reflecting the slower recovery in international flights.
