Which new Power 5 coaches are making the biggest impact in 2021-22?

The Sooners are 13-2 overall and 2-1 in the Big 12 with a game against the Bears on Wednesday.

The Oklahoma women's basketball team had a game at Kansas the same day as Baranczyk's daughter's youth basketball game.

Teams can't be sure what road trips will be like. The Sooners arrived at Allen Fieldhouse a few hours before their 4 p.m. local time tipoff because of the COVID-19 protocol. Oklahoma looked as if it was still in transit during the first quarter, and then trailed by 16 in the second quarter.

When you have one of the nation's top offenses, like the Sooners, you can make the deficits disappear quickly. Oklahoma beat the Jayhawks by a score of 82-68, as Baranczyk continues his transition from legendary coach Coale.

One of the best stories among the new faces in Power 5 places is the story of Baranczyk, the coach who took over a program in one of the major conferences. She has a 13-2 record, which is the best among Power 5 teams, and she is next to Kim Mulkey, who has a 15-2 record.

Several Power 5 schools were interested in Baranczyk when she was the head coach at Drake. It took Oklahoma to lure her away from her hometown.

It's a perfect fit with the team, in terms of culture and chemistry. I mean they like each other. They play well together. You have two people with a lot of experience, and they want to win games.

"I told her that not many coaches get to walk into these types of situations." It's years of an incredible foundation with this program, and that's a credit to her for all those years of putting teams together here.

Robertson is so good from behind thearc that sometimes defenses try to force her to drive to the basket.

That's okay." She said she would take the layup. Everyone on our team can score. It's easy to play in a system that's built for that because we can all shoot the 3. The transition game is one of the best things about it.

The Oklahoma offense is second in the country in points per game.
