Antonio Brown may have played his last game in the National Football League after he was released from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this week.

"You can believe his side," said Adam Schefter on SportsCenter Saturday. You can believe the other side. There is a lot of history here. People around the league don't think he will get another chance.

Brown took off his jersey, gloves, and undershirt and walked out of the tunnel after the win over the Jets. He was cut from the team.

Brown released a statement explaining what happened during the game.

Brown said he was pressured to play against the Jets despite being in pain due to an ankle injury.

Brown wrote that he was injected with a powerful and sometimes dangerous painkiller that the NFLPA has warned against.

Brown said that he was told to leave when he said he was too sore from the injury to continue.

When addressing the media after the game, Brown was no longer a member of the team, but later said he had never told anyone that he was injured.

Brown posted a picture of a text conversation he had with Arians leading up to the game, and called his claim 100 percent inaccurate.

The following statement was released by the Buccaneers after Brown was officially released.

While Antonio was listed on the injury report as having an ankle injury, he was cleared to play by our medical team prior to the start of the game and at no point during the game did he indicate to our medical personnel that he was injured.

Antonio has not complied with multiple attempts to schedule an evaluation by an outside specialist. Maintaining the health and wellbeing of our players is of paramount importance to our organization.

Brown may have left because he was unhappy with the lack of targets during the Jets game.
