Deion Sanders lands another top football recruit at Jackson State

Kevin Coleman, a wide receiver from Jackson State, announced his commitment to the All-American Bowl on Saturday, becoming the second prospect in the Jackson State class of 2022.

Jackson is the second prospect in this class to commit to Sanders. Jackson State made waves on the first day of the early signing period when five-star corner Travis Hunter chose Jackson State over Florida State.

Hunter is the highest-ranked prospect to pick an FCS school since 2006 and the second-ranked prospect overall. Coleman chose Jackson State over other schools.

Nine recruits from the ESPN 300 announced their commitments at the All-American Bowl.

Cyrus Moss chose the Hurricanes, giving new Miami coach Mario Cristobal nine commitments in the class. Moss is a defensive player for Miami.

Georgia added to its class on Saturday with the addition of offensive tackle Earnest Greene. He chose Georgia over Alabama, Ohio State, Texas and USC, and gives the Dawgs 11 commits in the top 100 and 15 in the 300.

The Longhorns were able to help themselves at the All-American Bowl, where defensive back Larry Turner-Gooden chose Texas over Colorado, Maryland and USC. He's the 84th prospect in the class and gives Steve Sarkisian and his staff 17 commitments.

Daniel Martin, the No. 153 prospect, chose to play for Vandy over Florida State and Oregon, while Rayshon Luke, the No. 202 prospect, chose Arizona over Louisville and San Jose State.

New Florida coach Billy Napier was able to get running backs out of Louisiana. The younger brother of a former running back is ranked No. 196 overall.

The Gators got five commitments from Napier and the other two got two.

Hero Kanu is a defensive tackle for Ohio State. He chose Ohio State over Georgia, LSU, Notre Dame and Oklahoma.

C.J. Williams is the fifth commitment for Lincoln Riley and the first receiver since he joined the USC coaching staff.
