The situation happened on December 30, 2021.
A couple thought that a member of the elite line was cutting the line and attacked him.
The couple started yelling at him, using racial slurs, and then things got physical, it was reported that the man was drunk.
The Diamond member was attacked by a couple that was restrained by security.
The woman grabbed the Diamond member by the neck, and then the man approached, at which point the Diamond member punched the man in the face and knocked him out.
You can watch it for free. This was taken by a person who had no connection to the Diamond member being attacked. As he exited the elevator, he saw the violence and heard the racial slurs, so he started recording.
The Drunk Racist Man and woman are mad because he gets service before everyone else. Hotel staff just sitting by and letting a racist woman do whatever she wants, even though she already touched him.

The Diamond member who was attacked couldn't stay at the hotel because of it. He connected with the guy who took the video because it went viral. He asked him for the video, and responded with the following:
The couple had the police looking for them for hours because of the security failure. I couldn't stay at the hotel that night because they said I attacked them. Thanks for recording.
