Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk says that the Madden family will light the Al Davis Memorial Torch before the game.
Madden coached the Raiders from 1969 to '78.
John's sister, his sons, and his grandsons will light the torch, as will John's wife Virginia. Mark Davis lit the torch on Madden's death.
The Raiders are from Las Vegas.
