I lost my temper on the ref and acted the fool. I wanted him to fight me. I lost my junk and got kicked out. I was wrong.

Faison issued an apology.

According to Emily Adams of the Tennessean, Pendleton filed a report with the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association after initially asking the game administrator to call the police.
During the altercation, Faison told Pendleton he couldn't tell him to leave the floor.
Faison has been in the Tennessee House of Representatives since 2010.
