The daughter of a former CEO of the video-rental company is on board with the investors who are trying to revive the company.

The Thursday report said that Berrard joined the core team of the organization that is trying to purchase the company and revive it as a streaming service. Steven Berrard was the father of Berrard.
The project is exciting because movies, independent films, and Blockbuster live in the hearts of everyone. She wrote on the project's Discord channel that it was personal, sentimental, and a legacy for her.
The brand from Dish Network will be purchased by BlockbusterDAO, with a plan to raise money through the sale of NFTs. The money would be used to turn Blockbuster into a streaming service.
Berrard is the owner of a fitness brand called Pivotal Fitness, which has four studios. She worked at Walt Disney for five years.
As of Thursday, BlockbusterDAO said it wants to sell its NFTs for about $440 each.
