A video from Unbox Therapy shows off three dummy units of the upcoming S22 series of phones, giving an early look at the design. The video has been re-uploaded on other channels, and a screenshot was taken. Other details of the upcoming phones, including camera specifications, and images of a new fast charge, were revealed with the video.

This isn't the first time footage of dummy units has been uploaded. In the middle of last month, OnLeaks posted similar footage. Unbox Therapy has a video that supports the previous designs.

The S22 Ultra, S22 Plus, and the regular S22 are thought to be the three phones shown in Unbox Therapy. The S22 and S22 Plus appear to have the same design as the S21, with camera bumps on the left side of their backs. The units appear to have cameras.

The regular S22 will have a 6.1-inch display, which is smaller than the S21, which had a 6.2-inch display, according to a recent leaked spec sheet. The S22 Plus has a 6.55-inch display. Both will have a 50-megapixel main camera with extra wide and telephoto cameras, according to previous reports.

The S22 Ultra appears to have a similar design to the Note, with a squared off top and bottom, and a built-in S Pen stylus holder. There is no camera bumping around the phone. A leaked spec sheet suggests these will include a primary sensor, a 12-megapixel ultrawide, a 10-megapixel 3x, and a 10-megapixel 10x periscope.

The main sensor could have a lens made of "Super Clear Glass", which appears to be branding for some kind of Gorilla Glass, according to the spec sheet. Zaryab Khan speculates that the new lens could be designed to reduce the appearance of small bright dots that can appear in camera footage taken at night, a problem we have had with the iPhone 12 Pro.

WinFuture's Roland Quandt shared images of a fast-charging station for the S22 Ultra. It has a single charging port, which suggests we might be looking at an increase in charging speeds compared to the 25W S21 Ultra.

It is not clear when these phones will be announced. The S21 series was launched in January last year, but has usually launched in February. It's anyone's guess as to when the S22 handsets may eventually make an appearance, given ongoing supply chain issues and a global chip shortage.
