The Ohio State football team used an image of the slain Florida teen during a team meeting in order to enforce the program's "no hoodies" policy.
The image was used, but Meyer didn't know about it.
Meyer told Rob Oller of the Columbus Dispatch that he didn't know about it until after talking to Tyvis Powell. I was not at the meeting. The coaches were not present. It was a support staffer who apologized.
The situation was brought to light in a thread on New Year's Day. The image of Martin was written by the fifth-year senior during his first team meeting.

My first meeting with my team. The photo was presented to us via a powerpoint in order to institute our building wide rule of "no hoods" in the building.
