According to a report from the sports website, the team is expected to designate Henry to return to practice on Wednesday.

The team feels that Henry is ready to return to practice after he went through an additional workout on Monday. The 21-day window for Henry to be added to the 53-man active roster is now open.

Tennessee coach Mike Vrabel said Monday that the team was discussing Henry's possible return and would probably make a decision this week.

Henry fractured his foot in the team's 34-31 win over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 8 and was placed on injured reserve.

Henry led the league in rushing yards at the time of his injury. He is sixth among all running backs this season despite missing eight games.

Since Henry went down, D'Onta Foreman has led the way for Tennessee with 497 rushing yards. Henry has been out for eight games and the team has a record of.500.

The team expects Henry to be back in time for the playoffs, but they don't have a definite plan for him to play in the season finale.

A victory by the TennesseeTitans at Houston will give them the top seed in the conference.
