Christian Eriksen: England return 'would absolutely feel like coming home', says agent

Inter Milan's Christian Eriksen won the title in 2020.

The player's agent said that a return to England for Christian would feel like coming home.

After suffering a cardiac arrest at the European Championships in June, Eriksen was told he couldn't play in Italy this season.

The 29-year-old had an implant for his heart problem, but he is not allowed to play in the Italian game.

In December, Inter Milan and Eriksen agreed to cancel his contract.

He has begun training alone in the country.

Martin Schoots, the agent for Chris and his family, said that playing in England again would feel like coming home.

Christian has been treated well by the British public because of his top football skills, but also because of his modesty and altruism.

During the Euro 2020 match, Eriksen collapsed.

He joined Inter in 2020 after seven years with Spurs, and since leaving the club, he has been training at Odense Boldklub, the club he played for as a teenager.

On Tuesday, he shared a video of an interview with Danes TV on his social media.

"It was amazing that so many people felt the need to send flowers," said Eriksen. They felt a need to let me and my family know about it. That made me happy.

I didn't expect people to send flowers because I had died. It was amazing, but it was nice of everyone and I have been helped by it.

I thanked my team-mates and their families in person. I would like to thank all the fans who have sent me letters, emails and flowers, as well as those who have come up to me on the street in Italy andDenmark.
