Chad Davis, a season-ticket holder for the TennesseeTitans, was excited to see his team secure their second AFC South title with a 34-3 win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday at Nissan Stadium.

The euphoria came to a screeching halt an hour into his drive back home to Charleston, Tennessee, when he discovered that he had lost his wedding ring. Davis' wife, Jess, had a custom-made ring made for him because of his love for the TITANS. The team logo is engraved on the ring.

Jess usually goes to the games, but she didn't go on Sunday due to the weather. It was difficult for Chad to tell her that he lost his ring.

"I was sick to my stomach," Chad Davis said. I told my wife. She told me that she would have to remind her in the morning to order another one.

Davis asked if anyone had found the lost ring after he shared the post on the social networking site. The post blew up, and the Titans were able to locate the lost ring. The team sent a crew to look for the ring near where Davis was sitting.

The ring was found by Burke Nihill. Several text messages from fellow fans of theTitans were relayed to Davis.

All good, Chad. Someone will be in touch with you about how to get it back.

The senior director of stadium events for theTitans sent Davis directions on how to get his ring back. Davis lives more than two hours away from the stadium and has friends in Nashville who were going to pick the ring up and send it back to him.

His love for the TITANS was strengthened by this experience. The team moved to Memphis in 1997. He became a season-ticket holder two years ago after his wife gave him tickets.

Davis said that he was instantly enamored with the NFL team he could see play. The organization, the fans, are the absolute best. I love them. I have ink on my arm. I've been fighting for these people.
