Elizabeth Holmes jury says it’s deadlocked on three counts, judge says keep deliberating

The jurors told the judge that they were unable to reach a unanimous verdict on three of the charges against the Theranos founder.

The jurors were called into the courtroom and given an order to continue deliberations. The jury could still reach a partial verdict on the remaining counts if they fail to come to an agreement.

The couple arrived at the San Jose courthouse with their parents and parents. She is in the courtroom for the first time since December 23, when the jury indicated it had a note for her.
