Donald Trump gave two thumbs up while Donald Trump Jr. gave a speech during the third day of the Republican National Convention.

Donald Trump Jr. and his sister were subpoenaed by the New York attorney general.

Eric Trump was subpoenaed last year to answer questions about valuations of real estate assets by the Trump Organization, just as his brother was subpoenaed this year to answer questions about valuations of real estate assets by the Trump Organization.

The court filing says that the subpoenas would allow investigators or any matter which the Attorney General deems pertinent.

The document was filed by the office of the New York Attorney General.

She wants to question Donald Jr., who runs the Trump Organization with Eric and is a former White House senior advisor. The New York Times reported on the filing.

The elder Trump sued James in federal court in Albany, New York, in order to block her investigation into allegations that the Trump Organization misstated the value of properties for financial benefits. Trump claims that James is tained by political bias. Both the attorney general and Trump are Democrats.

According to Monday's court filing, Donald Trump, Donald Jr. and Ivanka are not in agreement with the subpoenas.

Lawyers for the three Trumps will be able to file motions to quash the subpoena or modify it, and James' office will be able to reply to those motions. Lawyers for the Trumps agreed to the schedule.

The proposed schedule was signed off by Judge Arthur Engoron.

The Trumps' lawyers did not respond to requests for comment.

The Manhattan District Attorney's Office is conducting a criminal investigation into the same issues that James is looking into.
