According to court documents, Donald Trump Jr. and his sister have been issued subpoenas.

The civil probe focuses on whether the Trump Organization purposely misvalued assets, and former President Trump was subpoenaed last month.

The Trump Organization didn't respond to a request for comment from Forbes, though Trump has previously blasted the investigation as a "witch hunt."

Trump filed a lawsuit against James last month, claiming her investigation violates his constitutional rights.

Legal problems have been mounting for Trump since he left office, though neither he nor his children have been accused of any wrongdoing thus far. James is investigating whether Trump overvalued his assets to get loans, or undervaluing them to save on his tax bill.
