Antonio Brown made his first public comment after walking off the field during the game.

He wrote on the social media site, "Thanks for the opportunity."

Brown removed his shoulder pads and jersey in the third quarter. He was a member of the Buccaneers.

The seven-time Pro Bowler was no longer a member of the team.

The receiver was told to get out by the coach after he refused to return in the second half. The coach said he had never seen anything like it before.

Tom Brady said it's a difficult situation.

He told reporters that they all love him and care about him. I think everyone should be compassionate and sympathetic towards difficult things.

His future in the NFL could be in jeopardy because of his actions.

He was traded to the Oakland Raiders in 2019. He was cut by the Raiders ahead of the regular season.

Brown was a member of the New England Pats but he was released before the game. He was the subject of a sexual assault civil lawsuit, which was settled in April.

When he signed with the Buccaneers, Brown had just finished an eight-game suspension for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy. The team stuck with him despite his three-game ban for misrepresenting his vaccine status.
