The personal account of the US Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has been suspended for violating its rules.

The action against the Republican lawmaker was taken under the strike system, which identifies posts that could cause harm.

Four times the company had suspended the Georgia congresswoman.

The company is an enemy to America, according to Rep. Greene.

In a lengthy statement posted to the social media outlet, Telegram, the 47-year-old said "social media platforms can't stop the truth from being spread far and wide" and accused Twitter of aiding unidentified enemies in a Communist revolution.

Her official congressional account is active.

The congresswoman's ban came after she lied about the high amount of vaccine deaths in the US.

A statement issued to the BBC said that Rep Greene had been banned for "repeated" violations of its coronaviruses misinformation policy, which allows four strikes with varying suspensions from the platform, before issuing a permanent ban.

She was hit with a fourth strike by the social media giant in August after she lied about the effectiveness of the coronaviruses vaccine.

The accounts will be permanently suspended for repeated violations of the policy, according to the spokesman.

Since her election in 2020, Rep Greene has become one of Washington's most controversial politicians.

She has been associated with the QAnon conspiracy theory in the past and has been a vocal supporter of former President Donald Trump's claims that the 2020 presidential election was rigged.

She has been against measures designed to tackle the coronaviruses, despite the US struggling to contain it.

She has been fined many times for refusing to follow Covid guidelines in Congress, including those regarding mask-wearing on the House floor.
