Harold Perkins, a five-star LB from Texas A&M, chose the Aggies at the All-America Game.
Perkins is one of five five-star players in the class, along with Walter Nolen, Gabriel Brownlow-Dindy, and Evan Stewart.
The No. 1 class is now the lead with Perkins. Alabama is the only other program with more than one five-star commitment, as the Tide have three in offensive lineman Tyler Booker, defensive end Jeremiah Alexander and receiver Shazz Preston.
Texas A&M's class overtook Alabama in the early signing period, taking the top spot from the Tide. The coaching staff has a chance to add more prospects as Shemar Stewart is uncommited and considering Texas A&M.
The all-star game had a commitment from Ohio State when Abor picked them. Abor said on the broadcast that he might still visit Miami and Texas A&M before February.
Ohio State now has eight ranked recruits in the top 100 and 13 in the ESPN 300, with Abor joining the list.
The final commitment was made by Barnes, who chose Oklahoma. Barnes chose the Sooners over Florida State and USC. Barnes signed with Oklahoma in December. New coach Venables has 10 commitments in the class.
Barnes, Evers, and the coaches were able to convince Kobie to recommit after he decommitting and committing, which was a big coup for Venables and his staff.
