The Dream Hotel Group will build a hotel in downtown Miami.
The Dream Miami at Riverside Wharf will be part of a 200,000- square-foot dual-tower complex along the Miami River.

A 30,000- square-foot rooftop pool deck and nightclub will be featured in the hotel. There will be a 10,000-square-foot event hall, fitness and wellbeing facilities, and a private marina that can accommodate large yachts.
Jon Cardello of Miami-based CUBE3 architects will design the landscape for the project, which will be led by Miami-based developer MV Real Estate.

The Dream Miami will be the anchor of the $185 million, 1.5-acre riverside wharf development, which will replace the popular Garcia's Seafood Grille & Fish Market.
