'Impractical Jokers' Joe Gatto Leaving Show After Split with Wife

Joe Gatto is leaving the group because of family issues.

Joe, who was a founding member of The Tenderloins, revealed that he and his wife have separated and that he is now concentrating on co-parenting their kids.

Gatto said, "Sorry in advance for the long and more serious-than-usual note below, I just wanted to let you all know that I will no longer be involved with 'Impractical Jokers'."

He went on. I have devoted a decade of my life to building this franchise and couldn't be prouder of what has been accomplished. I have to step away because of some issues in my personal life. I need to focus on being the best father and co-parent to our two incredible kids now that Bessy and I have decided to part ways.

The Tenderloins were formed by Joe and his friends in high school. The show has been on the air for a decade.

The other cast members say they will continue with the show.

Remaining members Murray, Quinn and Vulcano said they want to keep making people laugh and working with their team that they consider family. We will get back to making a new chapter in January with the help of our fans.
