Odell Beckham Jr. happy to be scoring touchdowns since joining Los Angeles Rams

There is a touchdown shortage in Thousand Oaks. That is no longer the case for Beckham.

The eighth-year pro has caught four touchdown passes over the last five games.

Beckham said his recent end zone productivity has been great. I have felt deprived over the last couple of years. I missed the end zone, and it has not been as easy as it could have been. I feel like I can get 100 yards every single game if I score once or twice.

Beckham was signed by the Rams in November after he cleared waivers.

Beckham has caught four touchdown passes in six games in L.A., including his first scoring reception in over a year. He's caught a touchdown pass in three straight games for the first time since 2015.

"I'm happy that I'm having fun in myself and I'm happy that I'm playing soccer," Beckham said. It's having fun playing football again.

Beckham had 38.8 receiving yards per game and did not catch a single touchdown pass in six games with the Browns.

Beckham has been described as a joy to be around by Rams coach Sean McVay.

"He's got a great charisma, great presence, he's an incredibly talented football player and then I can attest to this now, he's a great teammate," McVay said. He cares about these guys and he's made plays when he's had the chance.

Beckham hasn't received the attention he once did with the New York Giants or the ClevelandBrowns through seven weeks with the Rams.

He said he knew that would be the case when he joined the team that was on the verge of a historic season. With two games remaining in the regular season, Kupp is nearing 2,000 receiving yards and is trying to win the "triple crown" -- leading the NFL in catches, receiving yards and receiving touchdown.

I find it funny that people have talked about me being a me guy. Beckham said that people are going to say whatever they want but have no idea. I didn't come here thinking, 'Oh, I have to get my targets' because I knew that Coops was on pace to break a record. I'm a competitor, but I came late to the party.

"I think you see me in an atmosphere where success is around and like I said, these people are on pace for history, so it's just funny, all the backlash that I get about the type of person that I am and this and that, and I think you just see I told him I wanted him to get 2K yards so I could break your record, that's how it happens, records are meant to be broken.

If the Rams win over the Ravens and the Cowboys lose to the Cards, the Rams will win the West and the Cowboys will lose the East.

Beckham has never been a member of a division-clinching team.

He was late to the party. It's definitely a special opportunity, not just to win the division, but to go for it all. This is the only reason that you put in these hours of work in the off season, to dedicate and sacrifice our lives for this.
