You can get more videos on the MacRumors YouTube channel.

We've rounded up all of the products that we could see from Apple in the year 2022, based on current rumors and past release information.

Iphone 14

The year that we get an all-display notch-free iPhone is 2022, according to current rumors. There are rumors that a high-end version of the iPhone 14 will have a hole-punch cutout for the camera and Face ID components.

It's not a sure thing that this will allow for the elimination of the notch, but Apple's plans could change at this point. We're expecting four phones this year, but there's not going to be a mini iPhone with Apple doing away with the mini.

Instead, we'll see a 6.1-inch iPhone 14, a 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro, a 6.7-inch iPhone 14 "Max," and a 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max, with the "mini" size replaced by a larger "Max" size. The 120Hz "ProMotion" technology will be reserved for the 13 Pro models of the iPhone.

One rumor says that Apple might use titanium for some of the upcoming phones, and that a thicker body could allow for the elimination of the camerabump, with thelens, flash, and LiDAR Scanner sitting flush with the rear glass.

We're expecting improvements to the Ultra Wide lens, but it's not clear if this will be in the future.

Apple will use an updated A16 chip in the iPhone 14, and each new A-series chip iteration brings improvements in power and efficiency. The new iPhones will feature updated X65 5G chips. The new chip could allow users to send texts in emergencies and report emergencies in areas where there is no cellular coverage.

Up to 2 terabytes of storage space and faster internet access are some of the features that may be included in the new phone.

Series 8 of Apple Watch.

We didn't get any new health features with the Apple Watch Series 7, but that could change with the Apple Watch Series 8. Apple is working on features that include blood pressure, temperature, and sleep apnea detection.

We could get at least some of the health features that are coming in the Series 8. It could be used for fertility and sleep tracking. It could take more time to monitor blood pressure and blood sugar.

The fall detection features that are already available with the Apple Watch could be used to detect car crashes. In the event of a crash, crash detection would dial emergency services.

One version of the Apple Watch Series 8 could be marketed as "rugged," with the device aimed at athletes, hikers, and others who use the Apple Watch in more extreme conditions. It will have improved impact resistance.

The Series 8 could focus on internal improvements since the Apple Watch Series 7 just got a size update and design tweaking. We could get the Series 8 design change because many of the Series 7 rumors pointed to a flat-edged design.

We don't know what features will be added to the new Apple Watch SE, which is rumored to launch alongside the Apple Watch Series 8.

There is a pro for the AirPods.

There are some design changes coming for the second-generation AirPods Pro. The stem on the earbuds could be replaced by a more rounded shape, similar to the ones used by the Buds of the likes of the Apple and Microsoft.

It's not a sure thing that a new design will be coming, and Apple has been having trouble getting the hardware of the AirPods Pro into a smaller package.

The new AirPods Pro are expected to retain the same features as the original, but there could be improvements to the fitness features. We don't know when the Pro 2 will be released, but we could be looking at a third quarter launch.

The phone is called the iPhone SE.

We're expecting a new version of the iPhone in 2022. There were rumors that the next iPhone would have a larger display, but that is not happening this year.

The current iPhone SE is rumored to be the same design as the new iPhone SE, which will be released in 2022. The upcoming iPhone SE will have a large display, thick top and bottom bezels, and a Touch ID Home button.

Those who prefer Touch ID will still find the older design appealing. It is expected to include an A14 or A15 processor and a 5G modem.

The next iPhone will not have a size increase, but Apple might call it the "iPhone SE Plus" because of the 5G connection. The name might be changed to reflect the faster speeds.

The launch of the iPhone SE could come in the first half of the year.

MacBook Air.

The most radical redesign of the MacBook Air since 2010 is going to happen in 2022. The new machine will feature a look similar to the MacBook Pro, and will no longer have the wedge design.

The MacBook Air will be thinner and lighter than the current version, and Apple will use design elements from the iMac. The keyboard is expected to be an off-white color, while the case is expected to be a rainbow of iMac-like colors.

The MacBook Air could have a mini-LED display similar to the MacBook Pro, but without ProMotion technology. It's not clear if there will be a notch, but at least one rumor says we can expect it. It is expected to have a full-size function keys and a camera.

The MacBook Pro has a HDMI port, but it won't have the SD card slot that is included in it.

The M2 chip is expected to be used in the MacBook Air. It won't be as powerful as the M1 Pro and M1 Max chips that are used in the MacBook Pro models, but it will be an upgrade to the M1.

The M2 chip is said to have the same number of computing cores as the M1, but it is expected to have faster speeds. The current M1 MacBook Air has seven or eight graphics cards, but it could have improved with nine or 10.

mass production of the MacBook Air is expected in the second or third quarter of this year, which could mean a debut in August or September.

iMac 'pro'

There's a new iMac in the works, as well as a refresh of the larger iMac.

The smaller iMac went from 21 inches to 24 inches, but the larger iMac isn't going to get a size increase, according to current rumors. It's expected to have a mini-LED display with a design similar to the Pro Display XDR.

The mini-LED display is expected to support 120Hz ProMotion refresh rates, but it's not a sure thing as of yet. The new iMac is expected to use the same M1 Pro and M1 Max chip options as the MacBook Pro, so it will likely have a similar port configuration.

The M1 Pro and M1 Max have up to 16 and 32 graphics cores, and they are appropriate for the iMac. The "iMac Pro" may be the name of the larger iMac. The iMac Pro is rumored to be launching in the spring of 2022, so it could come at a March event.

The Mac Mini is small.

An updated design is possible in the next version of the Mac mini. It will be the same square shape as the current Mac mini, but Apple may slim down the size and make part of it out of a new material.

There are rumors that it will have a "plexiglass-like top" that will sit over the aluminum enclosure.

The upcoming Mac mini is expected to use the same M1 Pro and M1 Max chips that were first introduced in the 2021 MacBook Pro models, and it will feature a total of four Thunderbolt ports, up from two. There will be a pair of USB-A ports, an Ethernet port, an HDMI port, and a port for a magnetic charging cable.

Mac Pro.

Apple's Mac Pro models are still using Intel chips, and it is possible that Apple will transition its high-end desktop machine to Apple Silicon in the year 2022.

There are two new versions of the Mac Pro. Rumors suggest that one will be a direct successor to the Mac Pro that introduced a new modular design, with no major changes to the enclosure.

The second Mac Pro will have a smaller form factor that's similar to the current design, but with a smaller enclosure that's half the size.

The design of the smaller Mac Pro could evoke nostalgia for the Power Mac G4 Cube, according to a report.

Apple's larger Mac Pro will reportedly feature Intel chips inside, with Apple possibly planning to use Ice Lake SP chips. The early versions of the Mac Pro chips may not be able to compete with Intel's processors for heavy duty professional work.

The Mac Pro will use Apple chips with up to 40 computing cores and 64 to 128-core graphics processing units. The graphics chips would be several times faster than the modules Apple uses.

According to The Information, the Mac Pro will use an M1 Max chip with at least two dies. We don't know when the new Mac Pro models will be released, but it's likely to be in 2022.

The first augmented and virtual reality device from Apple is rumored to be launching at the end of the year. The headset is said to look similar to Facebook's virtual reality headset, but with a sleeker design that uses fabrics and lightweight materials for a comfortable fit.

It will feature two 4K micro-OLED displays from Sony, along with multiple sensors and more than a dozen cameras for mapping surfaces, edges, and dimensions of rooms as well as tracking hand movements. According to an Apple analyst, the company will use 15 optical camera modules with eight used for augmented reality and six for "innovative biometrics."

Apple is working on a device that is similar to a thimble. There could be physical controls for the headset, which will be able to track eye movements and hand gestures.

It is rumored that the headset will have a chip similar to the M1 in Apple Macs, and that it will be able to operate on its own. Apple plans to create an App Store for the headset, offering games, streaming video content, and more.

The price of Apple's headset is expected to be around $3,000. We don't know a specific launch date yet, but it's said to be at the end of the year.

The iPad Pro has a screen.

The new version of the iPad Pro is likely to have the same size options as the previous version. The 11-inch model could be updated with the same mini-LED display that was introduced in the 12.9-inch model, and Apple is rumored to be planning to include a glass back to support wireless charging.

There is a chance that the iPad Pro will have a MagSafe charging feature, similar to the one used for the iPhone 12 and 13 models, as well as a reverse wireless charging feature. The iPad Pro would be able to charge other devices with reverse wireless charging.

The new iPad Pro models will have an updated chip from TSMC. The next iPad Pro could feature a horizontal camera alignment and a landscape-oriented Apple logo on the back, a change meant to promote usage of the iPad in landscape mode instead of portrait mode, according to a leak.

There have been other iPad Pro rumors suggesting we could see a new Apple Pencil, but it's not clear if this information will pan out.

Apple has displays.

Apple is working on an updated version of the Pro Display XDR and other lower-cost Apple- branded display options that are expected to be sold alongside it. There is a chance that Apple will release a display of 24 inches, 27 inches, and a 32 inches in the near future.

We haven't heard much about the refresh of other devices, but there are products that Apple typically updates on a yearly or bi-yearly basis.
