Sources told ESPN that the game between the Golden State Warriors and the Denver Nuggets is in jeopardy because of a COVID-19 outbreak among players, coaches and staff.
Sources said that the league's health and safety protocols were entered by the Nuggets coach, forwards Jeff Green and Zeke Nnaji and guard Bones Hyland.
Sources said that more staff members entered into the protocols.
Sources said that the Nuggets could have trouble reaching the required eight players for the game. Four players are questionable for the game, including Monte Morris, Austin Rivers and Vlatko Cancar.
Sources said that David Adelman will be the acting head coach.
NBA coaches who have entered the COVID-19 protocols are Doc Rivers, Frank Vogel, Monty Williams, Billy Donovan, Chauncey Billups, and Mark Daigneault.
The Denver Post reported about the two men.
