Some of the flagships of next year have already launched. Two of the first phones to be powered by the new flagship chip from the company are theMotoman Edge X30 and theXiaomi 12. Many flagship devices that have not been announced are expected in the first quarter of 2022.
We want to know which flagship you're looking forward to the most, at least for the first half of the year.
In the first quarter of the year, there will be two major launches, starting with the S21 FE. The Fan Edition will likely be the most competitive phone of the year, and it will likely compete with some of the best phones of the year. The company will likely launch its flagship series the following month, giving consumers a tough choice, especially with the rumored S Pen-touting S22 Ultra.
Pete Lau, the CEO of the company, confirmed that the next flagship series will be powered by the same processor as the current one. The leaked images give us a good idea of the Pro model's new design, but that's about all we have on the series.
The Find X5 series has not gotten much attention. The Find X5 Pro may ditch the microscope camera in favor of a unique camera array, according to renders we've seen. We know that the company plans to debut its new chip with the device, which could potentially rival the computational photography of the Pixel 6 series.
We don't know when the Pixel 6a will be launched, but we expect it to arrive around spring. It's quite a ways away, but we've already had a chance to look at the renders of the device, suggesting it will be the same design as the latest flagships. It is expected to be more affordable, but it may be powered by the same Tensor chip, so performance could be the same.
There is not much information about the next device from the company, but it is thought that it will have a more powerful processor. This would give it a chance against the Z Flip 3 and possibly the next-generation Z Flip device, which isn't expected until later in the year. We're not sure when the next foldable will be, but we're hoping it comes sooner than later.
Let us know if you're excited for any upcoming flagship launches, we're expecting more in the first half of 2022.
