We have bad news if you are on winter break and want to play the game, as it has been confirmed that the game is down, and this time it is not to help expand the game's lore. The game is currently unavailable and players are unable to log in while we investigate an issue. When we have a solution to bring services back online, we will give more info.

The platform told many players that they did not have permission to play the game. The company started investigating this issue a couple of hours ago and players have reported spotty connections ever since, but now it appears that logins are unavailable.

Some players said they couldn't log in or even access their games for offline play when the issue started. The desktop launcher for the game will not attempt to launch the game, even though it works so you can play other games on your PC. We will update this post if there is more information.
