John Terry is a coach at the club's academy.
Terry will deliver on-field coaching, contribute to coaching discussions with colleagues, mentor academy players and support parent dialogue.
The ex-Aston Villa assistant will be working at Cobham in a part-time capacity.
The flexibility allows John to continue to develop his own coaching skills alongside other commitments, while being used optimally within our development programme," the club said.
Neil Bath said: "We are delighted to be welcoming John back to Cobham in a role that will involve coaching and mentoring the next generation of young players in our academy."
John's experience in the game, both as a world-class player and more recently as an assistant coach, will be an asset to everyone in the building.

John Terry said his first step into management would have to be the right one.
He will be a great asset to our coaching staff. We can't wait for him to start.
After coming through the academy system, Terry went on to captain over 500 games and win 17 trophies for the club, including five Premier League titles.
The ex-England skipper left his role at Villa in the summer in order to become a manager.
He said at the time that he was ready to take up the challenge of being a football manager.
Terry helped Dean Smith to get promoted from the Championship in May of last year as the club ended their three-year absence from the top flight.
