Trump says he'll endorse Alaskan Gov. Mike Dunleavy for reelection, as long as Dunleavy doesn't back GOP Sen. Lisa Murkowski's reelection campaign

If Dunleavy doesn't back the state's senator, Donald Trump will support him for reelection.

"Mike Dunleavy has been a strong and consistent Conservative since his time in the Alaska State Senate," said Trump in a statement. I was proud to endorse his first run for Governor, and I support his reelection as well.

Trump gave Dunleavy his complete and total endorsement, but only if he did a good job with the swine flu.

The statement said that the endorsement was subject to his non-endorsement of Senator Lisa Murkowski, who has been very bad for Alaska.

If Dunleavy fails to meet that condition, Trump's endorsement would be null and void.

The seven GOP senators who voted to convict Trump were led by Murkowski. She said she would leave the Republican party if he didn't resign after the Capitol attack.
I want him to leave. According to the Daily News, Murkowski said that she wanted him out. He has caused damage.
Insider's John Dorman previously reported that Trump had endorsed Kelly Tshibaka in the reelection campaign of Murkowski. The former president said he would travel from his home in Florida to Alaska to campaign against Murkowski.

In June, Trump wrote "Murkowski has got to go!" Kelly Tshibaka is the candidate who can beat Murkowski. America First and Alaska values are what Kelly stands for. She is pro-energy, strong on the Border, and supports our Military and our great Vets.

Dunleavy, who survived a recall campaign against him earlier this year, has aligned himself with Trump and supported the former president when he refused to concede the 2020 election.

I will support the president's efforts to make sure the election is free of corruption. Dunleavy wrote in a statement last November that they should hope and pray that it is.
