Dallas Cowboys clinch first NFC East crown since 2018 with Las Vegas Raiders' win over Denver Broncos

The Dallas Cowboys have a playoff spot and a title without playing a game in the last four days.

The Dallas Cowboys won the division title based on a strength-of-victory tiebreaker with the Philadelphia Eagles after the Las Vegas Raiders beat the Denver Broncos on Sunday.

If the Cowboys can beat the Washington Football Team on Sunday night, they will remain as the second seed in the conference and home field advantage throughout the playoffs.

The Cowboys would improve to 9-1 with a win against Washington. The head-to-head tie between the Cowboys and the defending Super Bowl champion would be lost if the Cowboys lost in Week 1.

The Cowboys play the Arizona Cardinals on January 2nd and the Philadelphia Eagles on January 9th to end the season. The Green Bay Packers would receive the only bye in the playoffs if they were the top seed.

The Cowboys won the division in the last year. They haven't advanced past the divisional round of the playoffs since 1995 and haven't had homefield advantage in the playoffs since 2016
