Manchin is a centrist Democrat from West Virginia. The White House angrily responded to his announcement that he would not support the current version of Biden's legislation, a cornerstone of his agenda.
Manchin told "Fox News Sunday" that he couldn't vote for it if he couldn't explain it to the people of West Virginia. I can't get there, I've tried everything. This is a no.
Harris told CBS News' Margaret Brennan that she felt "frustration" during the interview with Charlamagne after Brennan said people watching the earlier interview saw Harris' "anger."
Brennan said that Harris showed similar frustration when she was a senator.
What makes you want to do something these days? Brennan asked.
"Injustice," Harris said. Injustice is what will get me. I don't like unfairness.
