Apple's Mail app is fine. It is marginally better. Microsoft Outlook is a classic. The free option of Spark Mail has a lot of customizability. You have the option of toggling on smart notifications and integrating with other services.

Todoist lets you create lists.

Doist.

There are better options out there than Apple's Reminders app. If you need something with a little more power than a bullet list in your Notes app or a sticky note in your pocket, todoist is a good place to start. It can be used for everything from personal chores to work projects. It works with a lot of third-party apps.

It can identify the mystery plant your auntie gave you. There are several subscription options, including a free version.

The title says it all. If you want to be proactive about how you spend and save, YNAB is the place to go. You can make the categories and methodology easy to understand if you want. It comes with two subscription options that can feel a bit steep. I found that the app paid for itself within the first month after I started using it. You can take a 34 day free trial to see if it is worth it. Mint is a free option.

Password managers are required to maintain security. 1Password is compatible with multiple platforms and works with my Apple Watch, so I like it. It works with Touch and FaceID, is easy to set up, and even securely saves your credit card info for online shopping. It will alert you to which of your passwords aren't great and it's easy to create new ones on the fly. There isn't a free version, but there are plenty of other free password managers to choose from. Any password manager is better than none.
