Green Bay Packers star quarterback Rodgers reflected on his accomplishment after setting a new franchise record for passing touchdown passes.

One of the reasons for Rodgers reaching this achievement is his time as the backup to Hall of Fame quarterback, and current Green Bay Packers teammate, Brett Favre.

Rodgers said he would have to sit behind a legend for three years and see what greatness looked like. That experience changed my life forever, and I'm so fortunate to be a part of this organization for the last 17 years. This is a longevity record, but it's one I'm really proud of.

Rodgers threw three touchdown passes in Saturday's win and now has He scored an 11-yard touchdown to Allen in the first quarter. He threw two touchdown passes to his favorite target, Davante Adams.

Since becoming the Packers' full-time starter in 2008, Rodgers has been one of the most prolific quarterbacks in the league. He's thrown for at least 25 touchdown passes in 12 of the last 14 seasons.

Rodgers is in the running for his second consecutive NFL Most Valuable Player award, which would be his fourth overall. He's thrown for 3,689 yards and 33 touchdown in 14 games, with just four turnovers.

The Packers are the top seed in the playoffs after their fourth straight victory. They are in control of the conference's first-round bye with two weeks left in the season. The Packers won their third consecutive division title last week with a win over the Baltimore Ravens.
The Packers will play the Minnesota Vikings next Sunday.
