The Baltimore Ravens were down to 13 defensive players from their 53-man roster on Wednesday.

"You go from the beginning of the season to the present, I don't know if we're playing football or the 'Squid Game'," said Don "Wink" Martindale, the Ravens defensive assistant.

The Ravens are in the middle of a Korean survival horror-movie series, but they are preparing for a battle for the first place in the AFC North.

The Baltimore Ravens have nine defenders on the reserve list, including outside linebackers Pernell McPhee and Justin Houston, inside linebackers Chris Board and Kristian Welch, and safeties Chuck Clark and Geno.

The situation is "unsettling."

He said that it's one of the things that people don't care about.

It's a challenge but we've gotten used to it and we're doing it again this year.

The Ravens placed 23 players on the reserve list last season.

The Baltimore defense has lost three players to injury and has two players currently on the injury report.
