Brooklyn Nets guard James Harden and forward Paul Millsap have been cleared from NBA health and safety protocols, according to head coach Steve Nash.

Harden and Millsap were both placed in health and safety protocols the same day.
Harden missed his first game of the season as a rest day.

Harden missed a lot of time in 2020-21 because of his injuries, but he was mostly healthy throughout his career with the Houston Rockets.

A player who won three straight scoring titles dropped the production. He is averaging 20.8 points, 9.6 assists and 7.9 rebound per game through 26 games.

The nine-time All-Star is an elite offensive weapon for a team that has high expectations this season.

The Nets are getting Harden and Millsap back, which is a step in the right direction. The players are still in protocols.

Irving did not play in a game this season because he did not want to get vaccine. The Nets decided he would rejoin the team and play in road games.
