In 42 matches for England, Jofra Archer has taken 86 strikeouts.

Jofra Archer, an England fast bowler, has been ruled out until the summer after having a second operation on his right elbow.

On December 11th, Archer had surgery to address a stress fracture.

He had an operation in May and was ruled out of the Men's T20 World Cup and the ongoing Ashes series.

The rest of England's winter series will not have Archer available.

They said that Archer's return will be determined in time.

England will play five Twenty20s against the West Indies in January and return to the Caribbean for three Tests in March.

England will play three Tests against New Zealand in the summer of 2022.

They will play the Netherlands in three one-day internationals, face India in both a white-ball series and the fifth Test that was postponed in September, before three one-day internationals, three T20s and three Tests against South Africa.

The England team that won the 50-over World Cup was led by Archer.

His last appearance for England was in a T20 against India in March, before he had an operation to remove bone fragments from his elbow.

The surgery was unrelated to the previous stress fracture.

He came back in a T20 Blast match for Sussex in July, but then had a problem with his recovery.

The T20 World Cup was where Arhcer would have formed a key part of England's attack, as they were beaten in the semi-finals by New Zealand.

His extra pace was a crucial part of England's plans for the upcoming series in Australia.

England have lost both of their matches in the five- match series.
