They wrote to the league to question recent refereeing decisions.
Eddie Howe's side have lost all three of their matches in the last month and the manager is unhappy with the decisions.
In the first half of the game at the King Power Stadium, Howe was not sure how a penalty was awarded to the hosts after James Maddison appeared to make the most of contact by Lascelles.
The team scored an equalizing goal and the first goal when the player, named Isaac, lay on the six-yard line with a head injury. Howe said that Mike Dean's decision to let the goal stand was unjust.
In the Manchester City game, Martin Atkinson did not award a penalty despite Ederson bringing down Ryan Fraser, a decision Howe called "baffling".
The refereeing standards were questioned after the two decisions in the Spurs game.
On Match of the Day, Shearer said that Mike Riley should take responsibility for recent mistakes and that the decision not to award a penalty to Fraser was terrible.
