A source confirmed that Chris Godwin, a Pro Bowl wide receiver for the Buccaneers, suffered a knee injury during the game.

In the second quarter, he fell awkwardly after colliding with New Orleans safety P.J. Williams.

This season, he has 98 catches for 1,103 yards and five touchdown.

Pro Bowl receiver Mike Evans and running back Leonard Fournette were both injured in the second half of the game, which the Buccaneers lost to the Falcons.

Evans was injured when he leaped over the middle to catch a third-down pass against Lattimore.

The team was already without receiver Breshad Perriman, who was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, and Antonio Brown, who was serving a three-game suspension, but will rejoin the team on Monday.

The NFL Network reported on the injury.
