The two Democratic senators said they had received a booster dose of vaccine and were fully protected.

Warren said that she had tested negative for Covid-19 earlier this week and that she was only experiencing symptoms from her breakthrough infection.

Booker said that he had tested positive on Sunday after first feeling unwell.

Both senators said that they were grateful that they had received their vaccine doses and the booster, and that they were experiencing mild symptoms.
