All Matt LaFleur does is win division titles. In his three years as the Green Bay Packers coach, they've won three times.

All Rodgers does is throw a touchdown pass. In his 14th season as the Packers' starter, he tied a franchise record with

Everyone in green and gold left M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday with what they wanted -- a 31-30 victory over the Baltimore Ravens. The win was secured after the Ravens failed to convert on a 2-point conversion that would have given them a one point lead with 45 seconds left.

It was the second time in three games that Baltimore went for the win over a tie with a 2-point conversion attempt and failed. The Ravens failed to convert when they were down one point with 12 seconds left in the game.

The Packers won the division title and stayed on track for the top seed in the playoffs. The man Rodgers replaced as Packers quarterback was the same one he replaced.

Fourteen years ago in Dallas, Greg and Marquez caught Rodgers' first two scores. Rodgers set the mark in his 200th game as he did it in 45 fewer games than he did in 16 seasons with the Packers. Rodgers did not become a starter until his fourth year in the game.

Rodgers has thrown fewer picks in his career than the man he replaced.

Rodgers needed three touchdown passes to tie the record and four to break it. He threw a 3-yard touchdown to Davante Adams to tie the game at 14 in the second quarter. It was his 65th career touchdown to Adams, tying Rodgers and Nelson for the most by a quarterback-receiver duo in Packers history. The second one was on the opening drive of the second quarter when he looped a 9-yarder to a teammate for a 21-14 lead.

The third one, an 11-yarder to Valdes-Scantling, was the one that gave them the lead. Rodgers had three touchdown passes, but he and Allen Lazard missed an 11-yarder midway through the fourth quarter.

Rodgers will try to break the record on Christmas Day.
